This research aims to provide a model to compress the schedule by selecting the optimal activities in terms of cost, time, quality and risk using TOPSIS method. The current research is applied in terms of results and its results can be used in the direction of developing project management techniques and moving towards the application of engineering techniques in improving the performance of organizations implementing construction and investment projects. A library is divided. The library method was used to collect information related to the subject literature and the background of the research, and the field method was used to collect information to investigate the research objectives. In this research, the data collection tool is a questionnaire. The statistical population of the research for the questionnaire included 5 construction experts from the private sector, among whom the questionnaire was distributed. In an optimization problem with balancing time, cost, quality and risk, the appropriate implementation methods for performing a set of activities of a project from the beginning to the end should be chosen in such a way that the factors of time, cost, quality and risk of the whole project implementation are optimized. In this research, TOPSIS algorithm was used to solve the problem.

The most strategic industry of any country is its construction industry, which has always been the focus of different governments. However, the weak group (the worker) is always disrespected and its rights are ignored. The researches of the last few years show that if special attention not paid to the worker, there will be many disturbances to the environmental conditions of the construction project. Irreparable defects that should be paid special attention to its legal, moral and cultural dimensions. Therefore, the goal of this project is to adopt the best strategy for increasing the productivity of the worker and ultimately the construction site. In this research the correlational research method as well as the ANP technique have used. According to the results the construction project has been qualitatively improved when the physical development, the working class and the guarantee of their rights paid attention. By examining the variables of research and placement in the ANP decision-making network, the guarantee of worker's rights is the most important parameter for the future development of the construction project.

Examining the technical, social, environmental, geographic, and economic features is necessary in the process of water and sewage projects on a large scale. The purpose of this research is to identify and rank water and sewage risks in Ilam province. In this research, using in-depth library studies to identify risk in the life cycle and using CVR content validity to remove irrelevant factors. Then, by designing a questionnaire and a statistical community of 40 water and sewage experts, which was determined using Cochran's formula, the effect of the importance of risk factors in the life cycle of the project was investigated. . In this research, the internal reliability of the structure is 0.76, which has established a good internal consistency, then using the Friedman test, the risks have been ranked, and in this research, the risks of lack of plans and executive details, lack of proper design, and the need The changes in the implementation phase compared to the plan have the most important risk and changes. Then, in order to prioritize the life cycle stages of the project, using the AHP technique and a community of experts (5 to 7 people), the life cycle stages have been examined with safety-cost-time alternatives, and the results show that design and planning have the highest priority and They have attributed the least importance to the establishment in this research.
